The Details

The tool includes 12 self-reflection based sections, each of which includes the perfect questions to help students dive deep into a specific topic.  By the end of each lesson they’ll uncover some truth that they’ll continue to unpack long after they finish the course.

Students will track their progress and goals on their own dashboard.

Facilitators have their own dashboard where they track all of their students’ responses, goals, and progress toward achieving those goals.  

Your students will engage with topics like:

    • How to grow a network

    • How to give and receive feedback

    • Writing a strong resume

    • This tool addresses all 5 CASEL Framework competencies: Self-Awareness, Self-Management, Responsible Decision-Making, Relationship Skills, Social Awareness
  • How does this tool align with SMART Goals?
    • This tool encourages students to set goals that meet the SMART goal standards: Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-Bound.
    • It also goes a step further by requiring students to identify a support resource that will help them achieve each goal.
  • Does Spark the Leader adhere to FERPA laws?
    • Yes, We built this tool to align with all FERPA laws, even at the K-12 level.
    • When we onboard a new client, we set up the school administrators, who then have turn-key controls to add their students.  Our team does not have access to any personally identifying information about the students.
