Spark the Leader Student Software
Increase Engagement. Decrease Drop-Off. Change Lives.
“…these steps were monumental in getting me closer to my goals in life. Without a plan it can be almost impossible to get where you want to be. I would highly recommend…”
-Allison, Illinois
Announcing Spark the Leader for Higher Ed!
This course creates more engaged students who tie their success directly to your institution. We see:
-
- 14% increase in “motivation to participate in academic and co-curricular activities”
- 15% increase in “feeling the university has prepared me for life after college”
- 15% increase in “likelihood of donating to university after college”
Meets students where they are by asking probing questions that help the students discover more about themselves. The habits they develop in just a few short weeks will change the course of their academic lives and will stay with them for the rest of their professional journey and beyond.
Along the way, the course facilitators are able to see what motivates the student and track their goals. This provides an invaluable entry point for the facilitator to connect with the student.
As an educator, that is the magic key to changing lives.
Students’ lives change when they understand who they are, what motivates them, and know how to turn that passion into goals.
They become more engaged in the world around them, including their academic experience, and become a more holistic student. This increases their career-readiness, and helps them become proactive owners of their own success.
“This course has the special ability to inspire others to take the first step of a lifelong journey, and to build momentum along the way.”
—Nick, Kentucky
